In this case we solved problem of scaling in microservice web service by implementing Kubernetes, enhancing scalability, infrastructure management, development speed, and user satisfaction through availability.

Problem

For this client, we were developing a large web service with microservice architecture that was becoming increasingly popular among users. However, we faced scaling and infrastructure management challenges as traffic volumes grew. Traditional service deployment and management methods were no longer effective, and we needed to find a new solution.

Solution

We decided to use Kubernetes to manage this service. Kubernetes has given us a convenient way to deploy, scale, and manage containers. We used Kubernetes to automate the management processes of these services. This allowed us to quickly respond to changes in the load and ensure stable operation of the application even under heavy load.

Results

In general, the use of Kubernetes allowed us to significantly improve the quality and speed of our application development, which in turn had a positive effect on its popularity among users.
